Realm of the InterNutter

Thoughts, stories and ideas.

Wednesday, Day 0, Wordpress

Plague news: Four new cases, all imports. There's fifty-six total active cases, twenty-five of them are in hospital. Australia's at 93% first vax, 89.5% fully vaxxed. Queensland is still doddling along in last place with WA, at 88.6% first vax, 82% fully vaxxed.

I may or may not be headed towards MeMum's for tech support and buying her Crimbolio gift in the one place that firkin has it. Sigh.

If not today, then Saturday. I see the dentist tomorrow and I have a lot of stuff on Friday, so... yeah. Full calendar.

It looks like Long Monday won't be a thing for a few weeks. Which means I get my Sunday evenings back for a while.

Crimbolio time is busiest time.

In the news:

  • Covid restrictions lift, but there are still some people who are suffering anyway
  • There's another outbreak happening
  • ScoMo exposed to the plague
  • Olympic champion confesses to being a pedo
  • Musk tweets, crypto moves
  • House price hell
  • Manchild steals wife's money to buy himself a PS5, she gifts it to young nephew
  • JK Rowling insists rapists are identifying as women so they can rape. Names, dates, and locations, please...
  • Yowie sighting in Queensland
  • Cracks in the "Doomsday" glacier

Story now. And then I figure out what the hell I'm doing for Wordpress.

Challenge #03245-H336: 20/20 Hindsight

Ok, so I read this one, and read the comments, and I laughed so hard my coffee came out of my nose, by the way that hurts! PLEASE, my friend, write more about what happens to this harmless idiot once Wraithvine helps hir, and then kicks hir tail? Did ze learn from hir mistake? Did the kolbold and the bugbear get a chance to kick hir tail for hir stupidity? Did Wraithvine force the kid to go back and apologize, sincerely, and

Tuesday, Day 0, Patreon

I am posting Patreon nonsense today, and since I now have some money - I also have PLNs to get some stuff. Yay.

The mower guy attacking our yard has yet to return, leaving his busted mower in situ whilst -I presume- he goes and finds

Challenge #03244-H335: A Cure For Ignorance

An individual who wore a livesuit rather than contract immunoflu flies to a planet suffering from a global plague, evading the quarantine, to try to "prove the plague is a hoax" and that "introducing immunoflu here is what will kill everyone". Needless to say, the moment they removed the suit and got infected with the plague infecting the planet, they learned they would be spending a lot of time in the ICU. -- Lessons

Ignorance is one hell of a drug. Willful

Monday, Day 0, Endurance

Plague News: One new case, an import. There's forty-seven total active cases, twenty-eight of those are in hospital. Australia's at 93% first vax, 89% fully vaxxed. Queensland's still sort'a tied with WA, at 88% first vax, 81% fully vaxxed.

It's long Monday, so I'm taking a nap five seconds after I post today's story. If I write anything else today, it shall count as a miracle.

Such a miracle is this week's Tale Foundry entry. Began yesterday, and finished this morning whilst

Challenge #03243-H334: Is This a Perfect Body?

A way is found that will help Human Lass survive without food, only water. They contacted B'Nar as she had, once again, collapsed. This time, she'd ended up in a coma due to nutrient deficiencies. A new body to be made, completely artificial, an android, not needing food, though she could eat and drink if she so chose, it'd do nothing for her, just be burned up as extra fuel, or she could just recharge via solar or any other method she

Mower guy started yesterday despite my warnings. Got bogged. Busted a fan belt. Trying again today. Yay?

He's also threatened to leafblow the immense amounts of grass debris. I'm going out there with my sunhat and a rake and some bags.

Challenge #03242-H333: Collaboration Improvisation

What happens when a group of assorted aliens get together, with their favourite musical instruments and play. -- Nonny the Mouse

Transit stations are great for musicians seeking to earn a few extra Minutes[1]. Just pull up at a post or a chair and play with a convenient container on the floor. Those who enjoy what they have to offer give according to their whims.

It's very good for teaching new players the link between skill and earning a living.

Saturday, Day 0, Feast and Mowing!

Plague News: EIGHT fucking new cases. EIGHT. Kraz frakkin dangit. Four local, five imports??? That totals as NINE, dear government site where I get my info. There's allegedly forty-four active cases, twenty-five of those are in hospital. [Maybe tomorrow, the government website will learn BASIC MATH] Australia's at 93% first vax, 88.9% fully vaxxed. Queensland's barely edged out of last place in the great fully vaxxed race at 88% first vax, 80.6% fully vaxxed.

I am now a little bit

Challenge #03241-H332: Bootstrap Syndrome

The business was one that was insanely busy, constantly. Though they did their best to try to get their human friend not to push so hard, the person still kept working sometimes fifteen hours or more a day. While they were getting very well paid for such overtime, it was obvious this poor friend of theirs still had a long way to go in therapy to break out of the Deregger mindset so heavily beaten into them when they were young. --

Friday, Day 1, Bikkie Day

Plague news: No new cases! There's thirty-eight total active cases, twenty-seven of those are in hospital. Australia's at 93% first vax, 88.7% fully vaxxed. Queensland's still tied with WA for last place in the vax race at 87.9% first vax, 80% fully vaxxed. Because Omicron, we're all going to need a booster. I shall be discussing that with my quack at a later time.

I have starters to feed, bikkie to make, Catbox to change and maybe a task or

Challenge #03240-H331: Not As Expected

Hey, can we have a story of Healer Varicelle testing Wraithvine and the others, and maybe of teaching them? This sounds like a REALLY neat story arc of seeing Wraithvine getting an education instead of educating others for a change!

Heh, by the looks of it, you look like you really wanted to go longer than what you put for this story, maybe several pages worth! :-D

Queensland's still tied for last with WA at 87.7% first vax, 79.6% fully vaxed. TAZMANIA has hit >95% first vax. Good onyer Tazzie!

I have to round up Pippi for vaccine later on today. Fortunately, Pip is easy to catch. Easier than Jolie, anyway.

I aim to get one chamber a day

Challenge #03239-H330: What a Magnificent Change

How did the CRC respond when he handed over everything he owned, everything he had, even himself, to the CRC, openly apologized, and offered to face the consequences of his past? And how do his people react to know that he has learned the error of his ways, and wants to undo the harm he had done?

Wednesday, Day 0, Wordpress

Plague news: One new case, a local transmission. There's thirty-nine total active cases, thirty-three of those are in hospital. Australia's at 93% first vax, 88% fully vaxxed. Queensland's still roughly tied for last place in the vax race with 87.5% first vax, 79% fully vaxxed.

I have some ranting to do in Wordpress this week, and I may go off about conspiracy theories and how to disarm them. Either with "so you agree" or with "that's what they want you to
