Thursday, The Waiting Game

All things being well, today's the day that I get my regular phone back from the repair folks. I am VERY anxious to get my phone back.

So I am waiting with my Beloved for any notification that it's going to happen.

I shall feed the cats, and work on at least my daily tale. Anything else requires significantly more involvement.

Let's get on with getting on. Starting with the cats. They are, after all, the most important.

Just ask the cats.

UPDATE: My Beloved has gone to work, so I may or may not get any news regarding my dang phone. Regular nonsense will commence. Blurgh.

Wednesday, Wordpress and Date Night PLNs

I didn't get around to dungeon map, yesterday, so doing some of that today is among my priorities. Alongside getting to some plot resolution in A Devil's Tale. Which, I might add, has now commenced in it's THIRD firkin GoogDoc.

I should be getting my regular phone back tomorrow, so retrieving it and my meds will likely happen then. I have my prescriptions ready and the hope that they've not expired yet because visiting the quacks has got expensive.

Tuesday, Patreon and Shrink Stuff

My Beloved chose not to hear a chapter this morning, so I have a chance to get a lead on her demand for my words.

I have a shrink meeting very soon to now, and after that I will get on with getting on with the usual expectations.

That being:

  • Attempt a chapter or even two

I might mess around with Dyson Sphere Program later on. I dunno.

Monday, Self-kindness

Good news! I was not arrested for existing whilst queer. The cops held both sides apart by like ten meters because they really like an easier job.

So the rainbow set yelled at them, and the TERF set decided to condescendingly pity us. Some of them danced to our chants and it was confusing until someone told me they were mocking us.

So apparently some aggregious TERF from the United States has come all the way to Australia to stage some bullshit about how genderqueer folks are all dangerous pedos and a danger to womens' sports or whatever the fuck.

Naturally, this should not be allowed to stand.

So everyone in solidarity is poised to counter that bullshit with a show of numbers, including everyone who stands with the genderqueers and their right to live their lives in peace.

Saturday, Other Shenanigans

The weather bureau predicted flooding rains and the shittiest of weather for today. That in combo with Friendo Awesome and the busted tooth meant that we took it easy this morning and went on with more leisurely plns.

Cue a Leyland's Tour that included: breakfast, a haircut for Friendo Awesome, two pickup points and a coffee break.

Friday, Unfuckening++

So. Friendo Awesome broke a tooth, and that needs some care and attention. She will be far from home when the attention is done, so we're loaning the spare bedroom to her until the morrow. It might make Parkrun interesting, but it's making today interesting because... scrattle all over the house.

Thursday, Progress Again

Monday, Mor Progress

I'm working on Map 16 with some genuine ideas of what the hell I'm doing. My aim is to get a chapter summarised, a week tagged, and some jiggery-pokery done for the dungeon.

I also would dearly love to get another chapter done. Keep ahead of the curve.

We get paid tomorrow. Huzzah. Which means we can breathe a little bit easier until next paycheque.

Sunday, Moving Forward

I am pretty sure I didn't make The Bikkie on Friday. I'll have to get on with that today.

I have finally managed to create Map 15 for the continuing adventure, and I've made significant progress for the first half of Map 16. Which is two maps instead of just one. I had to do some jiggery-pokery just to get it to the right scale.

Fingers crossed that I don't gain any more ulcers about it.

Saturday, Parkrun and Further PLNs

I just woke up and I'm ready to write!

I kid, I kid.

Of course, I woke up much earlier. Four thirty in the morning to walk in a park with friendos, then brunch.

We did a spot of shopping and now I have all the essentials necessary so that I can have coffee for the month.

Just the important stuff.

Friday, continuing efforts

I have to clean the catio this afternoon. It's already too warm for me. In the meantime, I am making progress with Map 15 and may yet finish it without experiencing a crash. Fingers crossed.

There's some steps I'm leaving for last on purpose.

On my continuing agenda is getting another week tagged and another chapter summarised as well as the map shenanigans.
