Fucking Sleep Issues(tm)!

Yep. Came over all tired from shenanigans yesterday [my main compy is officially unfucked now yay] and went to bed super early.

Which means I achieved consciousness in the wee small hours of this morning. On one hand - more hours to do my stretchies. On the other... I'm guaranteed to want an early night tonight.

Woof.

I want to be CAFFEINATED today.

This morning was slightly disturbed by the news that Mayhem was doing APM today. He'd already rescheduled once because he was scheduled on the same day as my shrink appointment, so this is the second time that he's synced up with my other plans.

24 hours notice, thanks Buddy.

As with always when I have plans in meatspace, I shall make my best efforts to have my things out today, but if I fail, it's a twofer tomorrow.

Whee...

Now I need to get dressed and torment my feet.

Tuesday, UNFUCKED!

My PC is officially unclogged. The extraneous files have been obliterated, the old install and last traces of the old install are no longer part of the map.

...though the old install still turns up on the startup and I don't know why...

Like all desperate bargains, I paid a steep price for the fix - at least half my Firefox tabs and windows.

Monday, Bricked PC and Stream News

I currently can't run a stream today. My PC is bricked thanks to my own incompetence at doing a thing. I now must wait for Beloved to return and un-brick it because levels of technical difficulty.

I shall finish with the backup reads that are ongoing, and then get on with the important things. Feeding the cats. Creating my offerings. Trying to figure out what the flying flip I'm doing with myself for the remainder of today.

Sunday, Unfucking My OS

I am now operating exclusively in Linux. This took a complete new installation and drive wipe to do. I now have to wipe the other drive because nothing works over there.

Very little works over here and I don't know why.

I'm hoping that the wipe on the other drive sets things up properly and de-kinks the bugs.

Bugs like... having to hold down ALT and FN in order to type some proper quote marks and apostrophes.

Saturday, Parkrun and Stream PLNs

My right leg hated me, today, so I wasn't as fast as I could have been. I made it anyway.

I now have a system running entirely on Linux, but setting up is still an issue that needs resolution.

Thursday, Bread Prep and PLNs

I will likely be up until past 10PM today. Most of that is because juggling dough and proofing my chia sourdough.

I'll be seeing how well the new scales go tomorrow.

I know from testing that one of them displays a weight up to two grams above the other. But at least they're consistent. I can manage once I figure out where the finessing lies.

I got myself a very crammed day, today. The daily offerings, the weekly rant, a telehealth psych appointment, and at least one side project to work on.

Yay.

The telehealth's due in less than an hour, my Smashwords account is migrating to Draft2Digital, and I do not have enough hours in the day to deal with all the stuff I have queueing up for my conscious hours.

I don't know whether it's depression or old age that's eating my days with sleep.

Props to the poor sods who were literally working through the night to restore the NBN to my particular nook of Australia. Apparently, all of Caboolture was incommunicado for a good portion of yesterday.

When I went to bed at 10PM, there was a notice that boiled down to "We're doing our best, further bulletins as news warrants."

I have a couple of Leyland's Tours in the barrel. Today, after I finish my daily doses, I take off and get shopping done.

Monday, Backup Reads and Shenanigans

I need space on my compy, so part of today's mission is getting rid of stuff I no longer need on Windoze and hoping for the best. Bit by little bit.
