Monday, LONGEST Monday

I got home a little after my bedtime from my adventures to wish Capt S. a very happy birthday. So I have less rest than what passes for normal.

BUT... no worries. Miss Chaos has optometrist today so no school to fret about. Huzzah. All I have to worry about is phoning in the absence call once school is open. Yay.

After the stream, the phoning, and the Tale Foundry reading sesh, I can spend the rest of the day asleep.

Looking forward to that TBH.

The Murder Hobos reached Neverwinter and encountered the Greed of the Big City. Alas, the player questing to get to Neverwinter was AFK so I had to come up with DELAYS on the fly.

Blargh.

Things are set up, and the masked Tiefling has had a face reveal. Couldn't be avoided.

It's going to be fun seeing his reaction when it happens.

Long Monday Once More Again

Somehow we managed to get a honkload of nonsense out of the house. The skip shall be going away today. With a full load of BS.

Today there is the Tale Foundry backup readings. Since the Foundry read my story on their stream, I shall be volunteering my reading skills to anyone too shy or too unpresent to read theirs.

Tuesday, Shrinkydinks

It's difficult to work this morning since Jolie is making it known that she really really missed me by getting between me and my keyboard. Poor thing.

I have a shrink visit today, so she's going to be more of a sad baby about the whole pack of noise, and it can't be helped because I NEED my shrink today.

Wednesday, I'm Very Tired

Long Monday was longer than it had to be. It was a good thing I slept through most of Tuesday because our anniversary date night went minutes into the next morning, including a long walk in the sweltering evening because we were unable to directly access my car.

My knees hurt. I have chub rub. Yet I would not change very much about the evening. Maybe where I firkin parked. That's about it.

Sunday, so tired

I have been irrevocably awake since 9PM last night. I do not expect much out of myself for the remainder of today.

Since tomorrow is Long Monday, I do not expect much out of myself then, either.

I did, however, get a whole chase scene down between my romantic interests in A Devil's Tale so I didn't waste my extra time.

My plans for the rest of today are:

  2. Snuggle Beloved

I am sleep deprived today. I could not get more than an hour's unconsciousness pre-D&D and then couldn't easily sleep at 2AM to 5:30AM either. Blargh.

I woke up at a little past one in the morning, today. It's half-past six now so you can bet I'm about ready to fall over.

Wednesday! Day 1!

Today's Wordpress is probably going to be about helping the Long Haulers adapt to their new normal. The Chronically Ill community is having a sudden influx of scared, confused, and possibly angry people who are suffering and they need an understanding voice.

Even if they listened to the Muppet, and caught the plague, it is still not their fault that they caught it. Blame lies on the advisor if anyone. Infectious diseases are non-descriminatory.

Still Exhausted

I can't sleep, my body is tired, my brain is wired, and my eyes don't know where they are. Let's get today over with so I can try again tomorrow.

Apparently, I have to be willing to help Beloved cut mask pieces because they really don't want to do that one thing. Sigh. So I have to have razor-sharp timing to catch a moment when we both have time to spare and oomph to do something.

I want to murder my spouse a little bit...

I want to run a software on my main compy. Before I can run said software, I needed to upgrade to the new OS. I could not do that because the SSD was fried. That's fixed for a limited definition of "fixed" but... Now I need to restore from backup.

In order to restore from backup, I need my Drobo in working order.

In order for my Drobo to work, it needs a new case as the old one is major-league borked.

I could not get to sleep if you paid me, last night, so today I am functioning on even less sleep than normal, huzzah.
