Friday, Day 0, Busyness

Plague news: Three new cases - one local, two imports. Thirty-two total active cases, twenty in hospital and one in the ICU.

Something broke for me last night and I am shifting chunks like nobody's business today. I only feel like I'm breathing easier so one of my tasks this morrow is to put myself on Max for another dose.

My head firkin HURTS today. I've already taken ibuprofen and paracetamol for it. It's not kicking in so great. Alas. I predict a lot of hours in the dark with all my windows on Night Mode and one hand clutching half my face a la Phantom of the Opera.

It's going to make today "fun".

Thursday, Day 0, Recovery PLN

Plague news: One new case, an import. Twenty-nine total active cases with nineteen in hospital, and one in the ICU.

I'm still getting over the Lurgi, so my PLNs don't go much further than soup and Shandy and a lot of rest. I have about 200 words to go in my novel's words today so I'm fairly confident about my ability to get that done.

I may even start catching up with The Adventure Zone. I can hope.

Chaos has gone through having the Lurgi. Mayhem has doubtless also recovered. Which means I get to be a big baby and curl up for a majority of the day.

Plague news: Four new cases, two of each. Twenty-six total active cases, eighteen of those are in hospital and one's in the ICU. Lovely.

Both the spawn are down with a random sickness. Lurgi has struck the household and it's only a matter of days before it strikes at me.

We've rescheduled the big jab for a week later and crossing our fingers.

Monday, Day 1, Shenanigans

Plague news: No new cases! Twenty-one total active cases, fourteen of those are in hospital.

Beloved and I are unfucking the house some more. My whirlwind wife is making progress I never thought possible. It's amazing.

Somewhere in our agenda, there's going to be a fix for my hair. We over-estimated the power of one of the chemicals and it came out as the wrong sort of blue. Whoops.

Plague news: EIGHT new cases [and a plethora of hotspots]. Five local transmissions, three imports. There's twenty-one total active cases, thirteen of those are in the hospital.

I can already guess a Knomira got loose with the plague. Some of those hotspots are in MeMum's roaming range. She's had both her jabs, but she's still waiting for efficacy to kick in. Yeeps.

Stage one - accept all the uncommented errata fixes.
Stage two - get through the commented ones until things are resolved
Stage three - repeat stage two until polished.

Sunday, Day 0, Day of Rest?

Plague news: Two new cases, one of each. Twenty total cases, fifteen in hospital.

There's potential for another lockdown in the wind, so I'm keeping an eye out for alerts regarding the same. We have nonsense to see us safely through whatever it is, so no panic buying for us.

Friday, Day 0, Tangled

Today, my Beloved is getting part of her face burned off with lasers and then turning into a vampire for the interim. Direct exposure to sunlight is not recommended post-procedure.
