Thursday, Back to Work?

Foot stretchies done, wrist stretchies still in my operations queue. Cats fed, starter fed, my own feeding in progress.

Mayhem was making noises like he wanted to return to work, even with his cough. I still don't know if he's going, but I'm ready to launch, regardless.

My left heel is behaving itself more and more often. Alas, my right knee has decided it hates supporting my weight so now I need to figure out which side needs the cane more. Yay.

I don't have more plans for travel than the potential work trip, so I have a lot of potential to work that noise out. Theoretically.

Turns out, I did not keep the tab with the GameMaker fix in it. I'll have to spend more time tracking that down.

But I also need to remember my Patreon stuff at some point, too.

Now... onto my wrist stretchies and some verbiage.

Wednesday, Rant Due and Other PLNs

Mayhem needs bronchitis mix, I need cream. Holding out for payday means that I can take money out and still afford the shopping.

Strategy(tm).

But Mayhem needs the bronchitis medicine sooner than payday, so I gotta put on my Big Bean clothes and go out and get stuff. Yay?

That will happen after I do a dose on the nebuliser and run through my stretchies.

Monday, Backup Reads and PLNs

Mayhem has switched to straight ginger ale. I might have to do another crate run for that at a later point in time. Possibly when I'm also doing the run for cold hard folding to include in the gifts for Mayhem and Chaos.

Thursday, PLNs in Process

I finally had an affordable idea of what to give the folks I love this year. Yay. Small amount of shopping to do, a little ingredient hunting, but otherwise I'm confident about the yuletide celebrations. Huzzah.

I had to figure out which of my prompt stable was Hollidays-branded and then I came up with a bunch more. Thanks, Archive. Now I have way more in my stable than before.

Tuesday, Home Remedies and Recovering

Adorable sent me some supplies, yesterday, and I began with mixing up some Shandy. Today, I've set up some Ginger Garlic Chicken Soup. It's brewing in the slow cooker as I type. I might be making some rice to go with because digestive issues.

I'm still focussing on getting enough rest and fluids.

As for symptoms, the running nose is technically slowing down, but I'm still sneezing myself hoarse, coughing myself dizzy, and nursing the headache from hell.

Mayhem's scheduled to work today. It's his designated day off. So today, I have to schlep him all the way up there to talk to the boss about the schedule. Which may take less than an hour.

Friday, Physio and Fudging it

I might have two breakthroughs. Working at the Gamemaker issue from two sides. On one side, the web install and the community help, on the other - the Steam version and its virtual Windows drive.

Tuesday, Day at Home

So here's an update on my daily shenanigans and what passes for my schedule.

Mayhem's permanently signed up to the evening shift so, on Crunch Days, he could plausibly be working between midday and eight at night. Because Mayhem wants to be there an hour in advance, I'm driving at ten.

I have a lot of the morning to get my writing into gear, do my stretchies, and otherwise maintain my meat suit.

I needed all of Sunday to recover from parkrun, but I managed my morning regime before it was time to do the runaround for Mayhem.

Monday, Extra Day Off Because Lurgi

Mayhem has once again found a Lurgi that loves him. Alas, this news came after the writer's group was done with the share session. Whoops.

Friday, Back on the Routine (ish)

The new regime of foot care involves squishing my arches and heels around on a gel pack. I already have one, but it's still in the process of getting squishy[It was rock-hard in the freezer drawer]. So I kind of rested my feet on that thing and repositioned as appropriate. I also have sports tape on my left foot, but not my right.
