Tuesday, Tech Support Before Patreon

The spending spree has commenced. I have a copy of The Adventure Zone: 11th Hour heading my way from Mssrs Barnes and Noble. I have myself a copy of Dwarf Fortress to mess around in and perhaps build up a resilience against failure. I have yet to buy myself a spare copy of Kosh.

Why Kosh?

Well. The cats knocked him off his perch and his horns fell off. So now I have a prime opportunity to make him anew. Because I love him.

Stay tuned for that one.

As soon as I publish this thing here, I am off to the wilds of Logan to help unfuck MeMum's technology. I might have to demonstrate how using Google doesn't change things. She's got it into her head that a search engine is preventing her opening online documents or using her printer.

That's not how they work.

I don't know what's causing the fuss, but it's not a search engine.

I'll also be showing her which buttons are the on and volume switches on her phones.

Bit by bit, lesson by lesson, we are compiling her little book that tells her how to breathe.

A close friend of the family suffered a sexual assault, yesterday.

She's not injured, there was no forced entry, so to speak. What the proper definition might be if it was welcome could be "heavy petting".

She had to say, "No thank you" so many times she lost count before the skeezbag got the fucking hint.

Jolie is overdue to get her teeth checked. That feels kinda doomed to wind up as expensive.

Pippi up and decided to sit on my left arm. Fortunately, typing anyway convinced her I'm not a comfortable pillow.

Chapter Count: Just finished Chapter 270, have yet to write the first words of Chapter 271. Uncharted territories are slow going. Difficult writing terrain if you will.

It's already half past ten and I really want to go back to sleep.

I might be having a Bad Air Day. It feels like a struggle to breathe but not because my tubes are clogged. It's just... more effort.

Puffer doesn't seem to be making much impact. I'll try the humidifier.

Tuesday, Patreon and Head Hurty

I woke up at Fuckoff AM with yet another fucking cyclone migraine drilling through my left eye orbit. Rather than suffer until the daylight hours, I took some of the Mondo Painkillers and the pain kept me up for another hour or so.

...and most of a page of A Devil's Tale so there's some win in all of this horseshit.

I'm definitely working on stuff I haven't written before. Scenes I haven't messed with in any other arena. Scary.

So I shall be slowing right down in my chapter production as I go forward. Until I reach other areas in which I am more secure.

I have a shrink meeting very soon to now, and after that I will get on with getting on with the usual expectations.

Beloved came home in the wee small hours, and I had some aggressively intermittent sleep until like 7AM. By then, the heat was already into the day and I couldn't therefore get the catio cleaned up early.
