Challenge #03634-I346: Incoming!

The lady came by post. -- From Rowean

The cryocoffin was covered in hoarfrost. It had batteries and auxiliary power sources enough to see its occupant safely into the current set of hands. There were also a disturbing number of rerouting stickers visible under the ice.

Thank the Powers that there was also a manual. How to make sure the unit was powered. How to make certain the occupant was still viable. Finally, how to safely thaw and revive once the reader had made certain that the occupant had arrived to their intended destination. It was a lot to read through, but connecting the power and checking on all the signs had been the important first steps.

Next was figuring out if she had arrived at the right place.

Challenge #03217-H308: The Future You Want

They had supplies for when the waste material hit the proverbial fan blades. Their neighbors knew they had stockpiled for a long, long time just in case. Then things went south. Bad news

My computer is dying.

It’s limping along for about twenty minutes or so before it crashes and has to cool down.

Which means I have just enough time to write in my blog before it’s out of commission again.

30 March. Sic transit gloria mundi.

And since we’re saving our shekels so I can have a holiday, blogging is going to be low priority. As is Facebook and minecraft. All my projects are officially on hold

So I've arranged a little something in my queue...

Basically, I had nothing to write, yesterday [27th Feb] and queued up all my attempts at Doctor Whooves care of Generalzoi’s pony maker flash-toy. Then I found out I did have something to say and had to rearrange things.

‘Cause who wants eleven days of ponies before you get to find out stuff?

…okay, so some folks might want to see it. Desperately. I can promise you it’s not that magical. Really.

So from now on,
