Reblog this with your favorite thing about Bunny. Length doesn’t matter— just one word, a sentence, a paragraph. Whatever! Only positives, though, please. c:

My favorite thing about Bunny is her strength.

So Canada is basically tossing their protection of Humpback Whales in the garbage in order to enable them to put an oil pipeline right through critical habitat territory.

Just in case, y’know, anyone wants to stop talking about moose and maple syrup for a second.

Here, have a petition.

rincewindsapprentice:

Some people love to shut down people who talk about trans and intersex issues by saying that they’re “only 1% of the population” and thus can be ignored since they “aren’t statistically significant enough.”

By that logic, we can now systematically ignore:

  • Redheads
  • The entire state of Rhode Island
  • Anyone who makes over $500,000 a year
  • Pacific Islanders
  • Australia

Challenge #00492 - A117: Imagine There's No People

Challenge: No humans, or anything pertaining to them at all. That includes human-made or modified things, creatures, places, foods etc.

[AN: Ooooo a GOOD one :D]

Belok took note of the unusual structure as ze approached it. Ze could see that it was made out of ancient hulks of previous civilisations’ stellar vessels, but they had been… conglomerated. Docked, patched and - in at least one case - crashed together into one unappealing whole.

Ze tried all comms avenues including

It's not even 6AM and I'm depressed

Someone I greatly admire was bullied off of Tumblr by her “victims”. And by “victims” I mean loud, aggressive people who can’t seem to pull their heads out of their arseholes for long enough to understand one basic fact:

We. Are. All. Flawed. Humans.

IDK what it is with Tumblr and highlighting every last foible in real people whilst elevating fictional characters to godlike elevations (especially the villains? WTH?) I really don’t get it.

The internet just changed: Net Neutrality is dead.

The internet just changed: Net Neutrality is dead.

Last Wednesday, FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler announced a proposal for new rules that would allow for a " fast lane" of Internet traffic for content providers who are willing (and able) to pay a fee. [1] The proposal reverses the FCC's previous commitment to net neutrality and open

Challenge #00491 - A116: Random Curiosity

You mentioned Shayde’s much-debated status as “human” among the denizens of Amalgam. So I’m guessing that as well as all the “human status confirmed” moments there had to be a few cogniscients that just bluntly asked her what she was. And I’ll bet after the first twelve she started coming up with more creative answers/responses….

[AN: I doubt she made it as far as twelve]

There were drawbacks to being in the company of someone who was only

Watching Bunny clean out her Tumblr Inbox and thinking: If I keep up with the flow, I’m never going to get tonight’s 500 words in. OTOH, if I write my 500 words, I may never find out what this is about.

or see any of the things I sent her…(stop being selfish, ‘Nutter!)

And I note that there’s more positive messages than negative ones. I hope that means something.

And Bunny’

In response to the alien + austie = adorable story: Well, we have to accept the nypicals, and nothing they do makes any friggin' sense, but...

Aaaw Anon, you’re making me blush :#)

Another writer once wrote something that I’ve taken to heart: “Differences make good sparks.”

We should embrace the different. If nothing else, it will make us appreciate the wonders of this sad world a little more. A world of homogeny is an awful nightmare to contemplate.

[Psst: It’s ‘autiste’ but I get how that can be a bit of a mangle to type in a hurry.
