USA TODAY: Smallpox was discovered in a National Institutes of Health storage room last week, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced Tuesday.
Officials say there is no indication that anyone was exposed to the smallpox. The FBI and CDC are investigating how these samples ended up in the storage room.

T’reka might not be as tactile as humans a lot of the time, but repeated exposure would presumably get her mostly used to them and the amount of touching, hugging etc. that tends to happen around humans, even when trying to be careful.
Extrapolating further: A scene with T’reka, a human and a new numidid having a minor conniption fit over perceived threats.

Dear Artists waiting for a good word:
I have reached an embuggerance.
Basically, there’s a few artists who applied without giving me any kind of reference link. In oder to give them a fair go, I have to wait until they get back to me [or don’t - another 24 hours 9_9] with some nice samples.
