Physio

A 4-post collection

Thursday, Physio and Maybe Shopping

We need supplies. We I need to make bread. We need to unclog the kitchen sink drain. I need to check the footnotes of the anthology and line shit up to get that thing out there.

I'll have to give it out for free. Nobody pays for it anyway.

My heel has been a literal pain in the anatomy of late. Even though I've been doing a few things to help strengthen it. My knees, on the other hand, were improving. I'll try playing with that anyway. It's a small file so far. And I think I still have the free trial on.

Temporal awareness is my achilles' heel.

Turns out I can move
