My sandals have fallen undone for the last firkin time, so now I'm on the hook for getting another set. And also attempting to find them is going to involve wearing the shit set because they're the only set I have.
At least I can get one to stay on if I wear the ankle brace. Sort of.
I also have bread in progress so I may even wait until the first loaf of the day is done and the next is proofing before I set off on my grand quest for orthopedic sandals that will actually stay on.
I have some leads, but I don't know if they're worthwhile. I shall be finding out the hard way because the online catalogues available don't have the data I need.
I can get orthopedic thongs, but I'd rather not.
I also need cat food as part of my journey. Though it is the most important supply to get (just ask the cats) it's going to wait until I have better footwear.
