On Monday, I barely got a story started before Mayhem turned up again. Technical issues prevented work from happening.
Can't work with the system if the system is down.
Yesterday, my plns to help with MeMum's printer were foxed on the starter blocks by another system going down.
Can't unfuck an electrical device without electricity.
I didn't get to sleep until after midnight. It's going to be a fun day today. Guaranteed early bedtime tonight.
But at least I get breakfast and Mayhem pays for my fuel. That's the plus I've got.
I'm looking after myself. I give half a shit how I appear to others. That's a plus.
I do have positive things happening. It's just that I am also firkin exhausted while that shiznit's going on. I'm getting things done whenever and however I can.
Pseuducku is once again stalled because of a reading comprehension issue. In this case, questions I asked about the aesthetic choices in the latest Progress page were being answered about the gallery. Slight frustration, but I have had a LOT of practice at explaining things in simpler and simpler terms.
...I've kind of had to.
OTOH frustration at the Pseuducku thing had me furious at surrounding circumstances until well past midnight, and that's why I'm a very tired and grumpy bean.
I shall ATTEMPT to not let it leak through into my writing today.
