Friday, Too Hot to Anything

Once again, it's hot and nasty outdoors. I'll be waiting for close to sunset just to be able to clean the catio without dying of heat prostration.

So again, no power tools.

Sigh.

At least I know what I'm doing when I get around to doing it. And there's plenty of time to save up for the other nonsense necessary for Chaos' easier homemade bread experience.

I forgot to finish and upload this, because rampant distractions. Yay. Take it as given that I'm getting on with getting on with things.

Saturday, Parkrun and Weather Woes

The weather outside is frightful, indeed. Miss Chaos and I did parkrun in the middle of Air Soup with a brief speckling of a shower in the midst thereof.

The rain absolutely POURED down on the way back home. Visibility minimal. Prangs a-plenty slowing everyone down to have a good old lookie-loo as they passed.

My power and/or internet my go out at any moment, since the rain is still threatening and the weather warnings are still coming in.

Delayed!

Today was supposed to be air con installation day. Except I got a phone call in the middle of my shrink appointment. One of the dudes who works there broke his wrist.

Again.

This is the trainee/apprentice/younger fellow of the crew, so I presume it's something silly like missing a rung on the ladder or something, but the appointments have to be more spaced out until the lad gets some of his dexterity back and I completely get it.
