Tomorrow, I'm offski to help MeMum back up her Kindle purchases, and find somewhere she can obtain ebooks for her Kindle without giving any more money to Amazon.
It has to be possible, and a lot of authors are invested in giving Bezos the bird. Alternate sources exist and there have to be ways to get them on a Kindle.
It's day 3 of the gutsache I gave myself with some post-shopping triple-choc ice cream. Still worth it. Hopefully it all eases soon.
When I have everything I need, you should be seeing interesting things from me very soon. Even though I got ripped off, I learned things. I now know a little something about advertising my works. Be warned. So now I can advertise my pitches and hope to heck it works on some agents or publishers.
