Meal Prep Extravaganza

I have spent very close to three hundred and fifty-five dollars on ingredients, almost all of which shall be turned into tasty pre-prepared meals because my default mode is heat-then-eat.

There's a lot of cauliflower, and I was able to get some ENORMOUS mutant cauliflower, so that means a lot of cauli mash. Delish.

I might be attempting a crustless quiche [aka "Egg Casserole"] at some point later in the day. There's going to be a LOT of cooking. Alongside the cauliflower, there's broccoli, wombok, sugarloaf cabbage, zucchini, and many others.

I was also able to stock up on cinnamon. Which may or may not turn up in my posted recipes later. I dunno. I might have a go at the "french toast" egg bread I saw on High Falutin' Low Carb [look him up on YouTube, you're welcome]

BUT... since my Beloved is still snoozing and a lot of my prep stages involve noisy machinery... I am going to focus on writing today's tale. With luck, I shall have at least stuff to portion out by the time I run out of oomph.

Speaking of oomph, I need my coffee and pills. Fiction soon.
