Signs of progress?
Yes, I'd love some. I looked up the status of my nineteen parcels for EGDB, and nothing has yet shifted. I've also discovered that Auspost is absolute shit at tracking things from China.
I can't wait for the day that I'm big enough that I won't have to worry about this shit.
Chaos keeps complaining about being forced into a Dutch Braid rather than a French Braid. All her arguments are currently illogical so I guess I'd better actually show her why she's wrong. And I know it's going to include a bobby pin count.
Today is the first day of my last week of writing Adapting. And I am well equipped for the last run of it, because I know my new Undertow mug contains 600ml of liquid libation. Mostly coffee or soft drinks. When I'm not being virtuous and drinking water.
I'm going to make up half the stuff that goes on in Beauties and the Beastly, and probably get through act 1 without seeing The Monster(s). Still undecided as to whether they are battling one werewolf or more than that. Depends on what I find hilarious at the time.
My muse is a strange creature and leads me into interesting places.
But I have a whole week of faffing about to think about that. Get some key points down. Work out something that resembles a plot. That sort of deal.
And for today, I have my writing, a trip to Costco, and some earring making planned. With good luck, I should get most of that done before it's time to fetch my little darlings. But before all of that - breakfast!
