New Habits to Forge
Obviously, I'm still getting used to the new focal range, especially when working on my computer. Having to turn my head more to pay special attention to things is... awkward. I'll get there in the end.
I have figured out that if I want to watch television whilst falling asleep, I have to swap over to my old formula. Things be blurry, but not too blurry to see and understand things up there. Good enough for now. Future-proofing that plan may be problematic.
Today's Wordpress Wednesday might be another chapter. I haven't figured on ranting about anything just yet. Not having something to rant about can be good. I guess. It means I'm not angry about things.
This week's chapter is going to be from Beauties and the Beastly - a book I was advised to put away and re-approach at a later date. I had some fun writing in the super-verbose Victoriana style, but I get that the audience for that kind of thing is narrow.
I'll see if anyone likes it today, I guess.
Comments, of course, are welcome. I need to know what I'm doing wrong.
I'm doing good on the diet despite getting some cheese in on top of a pork steak. Down by over half a kilo and with proper hydration and fat balance for a change.
It's weird. I have no idea what's going on with my bod, but I'm not complaining about the progress to my target weight.
For now? I should really focus on my work today. Cue distractions galore.
