There's a trick to becoming a member of my little forum. It's called "Passing the Turing Test."
For those who don't know, the Turing Test involves being able to convince a human being that you, too, are also a human being and not - for example - an automated spamming program. We have zero tolerance for spammers, here. Post a spam message, and your membership will be revoked. Permanently. That said, there's an extra form on the registration page called "Reason for joining". That means you supply a reason that I can read. There's room for 1000 characters in there, so be brief. Your chosen username is not a reason. Random letters are not a reason. Spam linkage is not a reason. And, since the Validating group seems to top out at 94... I'll be cleaning potential spammers out every day. Yicht. -------------------- |
